I just had adult circumcision 3 days ago. The glans areas is very sensitive to the touch. How long will it take before this goes away and I can wear underclothing comfortably again?
It is normal for the Glans to be "sensitive" after a circumcision because it has always been covered by the foreskin in the past. That sensation will go away soon. The sutures used on an adult circumcision will dissolve within several weeks. You may be tender for several days to weeks but you can wear any underwear you are comfortable with.
