Can a head injury have anything to do with a MRI showing up a small vessel ischemic diease are even a Bilateral maxillary sinus disease.
To my knowledge, small vessel ischemic disease is not the result of a head injury. Maxillary sinus disease is not associated with head injury to my knowledge either. Certainly you can see these findings on a MRI, unrelated to the cause of ordering the study (like head injury).
